This Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate an organic growth strategy (rather than merger & acquisition activity) that has achieved outstanding levels of sales, profit and market share improvement.

This Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate a company-wide commitment to Corporate Sustainability. The judges will look for evidence of a clearly expressed and widely communicated corporate sustainability strategy with a main focus on actions launched to manage risk prevention from a commercial, environmental, governance and social development perspective above and beyond the requirements set by legislation.

The Award for ICT Effectiveness
This Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate how it has effectively used information and communication technology to create a significant competitive advantage in its market. The application can be based on a specific project or an organisational wide initiative in any area or aspect of its business, from new product development through to sales or customer management. Evidence is required of a well thought-through and executed strategy, addressing not only the deployment of the technology, but also its effective uptake by employees and stakeholders.

This Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate how, through well-adopted company values, the provision of stimulating and supportive workplaces and the active development of all employees it has applied its human and supporting resources to achieve commercial success.
The Environmental Awareness Award
The judges of this Award will look for the organisation that can best demonstrate a company-wide commitment to minimising its impact on the environment and significant success in minimising its carbon footprint. Judges will be looking for evidence of a clearly articulated and widely communicated environmental strategy embedded into the company’s business practices together with examples of policies that improve business performance and innovative approaches to environmental management. Judges will also look for measurable evidence of how the organisation has reduced its carbon footprint.
The Marketing Strategy of the Yer
This Award will be made for a specific marketing campaign in the period 1st Jan 2007 to 30th June 2008 that has achieved high levels of commercial success for the relevant product or service. The judges will look for innovation and a clearly expressed and articulated objective led campaign strategy leading to measurable and verifiable business results.
